Commission prices may change depending on complexity.

I have the right to decline any commission request for any reason.

I am more comfortable drawing feminine characters, body types and features, but I will still draw male/masculine characters if you'd like me to! I will try my best, but they may still look a little feminine!

There is no physical item associated with my commissions - excluding badges. The final artwork is digital and will be sent digitally via email, discord, vgen or toyhouse.

Please provide me with a visual reference - I will not work with descriptions.

When commissioning, you understand that your commission may take up to 3 months to complete. Please do not commission me if you can't or don't want to wait this long. This timeline is just a grace period in case life circumstances get in the way (eg. university assignments, family emergency, tech issues, etc.)

I will usually start working on your commission within the month you have paid - unless I have a higher workload, in which case when I start will be based on your position in my queue.

Payment is upfront in USD through Paypal, Kofi, or Vgen only - and I will only begin the commission once this has been received and accepted!

I do not accept payment plans.

I, the artist, hold the right to any art I create and have created. The commissioner does not hold any rights over the art that has been commissioned for anything other than personal use. I do not offer any commissions for commercial use.

DO NOT use my artwork in AI generation or training. Any use of my artwork involving AI is prohibited.

DO NOT mint my artwork as an NFT or use it in any way that may generate profit, including via blockchain/web3 technology.

I have the right to use your completed commission as an example as well as promotional posts when advertising my commissions in the future! Please explicitly tell me if you would not like me to do this.

Please credit me if you post/upload anywhere! All of my socials can be found on the previous page. As a general rule/if you are unsure, just credit me as 'lycanwolfie' - tag me if possible! :]

Commissions are for your personal use only! DO NOT use your commission (my art) to make money in any way - including but not limited to:

- using my art for/in promotions/advertisement.

- reselling to a third party without my permission. (This excludes when reselling your character - my art may be factored into the resell price of the OC.)selling on or as merchandise.using in/for advertisements or promotions.

My commissions come with unlimited revisions to the sketch, and two free revisions after the lineart and colour is completed (lineart + colour revisions excluded for badges as these are traditional and that is not possible). If you would like any more changes after this, additional charges will apply.

Please tell me about any changes you want before I move on from the sketch stage if possible! (Exceptions apply - for example, if I have made a mistake on a clearly communicated element of your character.)

Your commission may be cancelled by me at any time - In which case, I will refund your payment.

If YOU cancel your commission and I am reasonably far through it, I will refund based on the amount of work I have completed. Please message me about any cancellations as soon as possible.

You are welcome to contact me regarding your commission via vgen, email, discord, toyhouse, instagram or twitter.

If I am harrassed through any of these channels or feel threatened by you. the client, your commission may be cancelled with no refund.

You have full ownership of the character you purchase, but please follow these terms.

Please credit me as the designer anywhere you upload the design.

Please also credit me for any artwork I did for the character.

DO NOT resell any designs made by me for more than the purchase price you paid for them - unless additional art has been added/commissioned for the character.

You may redesign or partially redesign the character (add, remove or change design elements), but you must still credit me for the original design.

All of my other terms (everything on this page) also apply to character design/adopt purchases.

I am not responsible for any issues resulting from not reading or following my terms.

These terms may change at any time, so please check them again before you commission!

By moving forward with your commission/design adoption you are agreeing with all terms listed on this page.

You agree that if you breach my terms of service, your commission will be cancelled without a refund and you will be blacklisted from commissioning me in the future.
